Boo Chi Kombucha is an award‑winning, organic kombucha producer based at Seale Hayne, Newton Abbot, brewing small‑batch kombucha using traditional Far Eastern fermentation methods. Founded by Eaoífa Forward in 2018, Boo Chi was inspired by kombucha traditions she encountered while practising yoga and meditation in Sri Lanka, bringing those slow, respectful techniques back to Devon.
The brand’s philosophy is simple: raw, real and truly alive kombucha, made without shortcuts and never pasteurised or filtered.
