Devon Cove Vodka is an award‑winning premium spirit crafted using King Edward potatoes grown on the founders’ family farm overlooking Hope Cove in South Devon. The family have been growing potatoes in the Atlantic sea air for over 50 years, and Cove Vodka was born from their passion for creating something exceptional from their coastal terroir.
Using just three ingredients—their home‑grown potatoes, Devon spring water and natural yeast—the result is a luxuriously smooth, clean and creamy vodka, distilled once in a traditional copper pot at a local artisan distillery. This minimal‑ingredient approach keeps the vodka pure, low‑carb, and with no added sugar, as the carbohydrates do not translate into the finished spirit.
Handcrafted from Field to Bottle
- Potatoes grown overlooking Hope Cove on the family’s farm are harvested at peak quality.
- Traditional copper pot, single distillation ensures finesse and a soft, rounded mouthfeel.
