Ebb Tides is a multi–award‑winning seaweed producer based on the stunning East Devon Jurassic Coast. Founded in 2016 the business hand‑harvests premium British seaweeds—including Dulse, Kelp, Sargassum and Laver—to create sustainable, nutritious and flavour‑packed seasonings, blends and culinary ingredients.
Working with the tides and the natural rhythms of the coast, Ebb Tides brings the flavours of the sea into everyday kitchens in a simple, wholesome and accessible way.
Sustainably Foraged & Ethically Produced
Ebb Tides works closely with Natural England and operates under strict harvesting licenses to ensure all seaweed is collected sustainably and responsibly. Seaweed is harvested: By hand, from carefully selected areas of the East Devon coast
- Only when in season and at its peak for taste and nutrient density. This ethical, environmentally respectful approach protects the coastline while providing customers with clean, nutrient‑rich ingredients.
