Edward’s Fudge Kitchen is a family‑run Dartmouth confectioner crafting traditional crumbly fudge in small batches using time‑honoured methods. Founded by Edward Bosworth, the business has been making fudge in Devon for more than two decades, earning a reputation for proper, old‑fashioned fudge made with care, craftsmanship and the very best local ingredients. Ed began making fudge in 2000 after a background in dairy farming, where working with milk “just made sense.” He opened his Dartmouth shop around 2003 and has spent years perfecting authentic British fudge.

Edward’s Fudge Kitchen believes great fudge comes from simplicity and quality. Every batch is made by hand using:
- Milk, Butter, Sugar and nothing else—no preservatives, no palm oil, no artificial ingredients.
