Run by Lisa, Lee and Mia, Ember Pizza brings the warmth, flavour and theatre of traditional pizza‑making directly to communities, wedding venues, private events and corporate functions across Devon.
Their beautiful bespoke mobile pizza van, Gino, features a powerful wood‑fired oven capable of cooking five 12-inch pizzas in just 90 seconds, sealing in flavour while keeping the dough light, soft and nutritious. 

Handcrafted Neapolitan‑Inspired Pizzas
Every Ember Pizza starts with:

• Homemade dough using Italian ‘00’ flour, yeast and sea salt
• A soft, light crust created through traditional techniques
• House tomato sauce made from Italian DOP tomatoes
