I bake authentic Swedish buns, pastries, and sourdough bread using organic stone ground flours to create flavoursome, nutritious bread and delicious buns and pastries. I bring 'a taste of Sweden' to the community, using ingredients that are locally sourced, sustainably, and ethically. I support local farmers and millers to work towards a more resilient local food system.
