Flapjackery began with a love of baking and a passion for indulgent treats, handmade in Tavistock, Devon, on the edge of Dartmoor. Who would’ve thought the humble flapjack could inspire such a loyal following? Founded by friends Carol Myott and Sally Jenkin, Flapjackery quickly gained popularity after their delicious creations wowed crowds at local shows and events.
Today, Flapjackery has 12 shops across the South-West, an online store and attends nearly 150 events nationwide each year. Made with British oats, locally sourced West Country ingredients, Fairtrade brown sugar and real butter, their flapjacks deliver a rich, crumbly taste like no other. With a wonderfully quirky range of flavours - from salted caramel brownie to clotted cream fudge - their flapjacks are now proudly gluten-free and perfect for gifting, sharing, or treating yourself!
