Gathered & Grown produces award‑winning, small‑batch herbal teas that are entirely grown, hand‑picked, dried and blended on their five‑acre regenerative farm in East Devon. The business is run by wife‑and‑husband team Ceri and Ben Richards, who established the farm in 2022 after Ceri began creating teas from foraged herbs in 2018.
Their focus is simple yet ambitious: to grow exceptional, healthy, flavour‑driven teas using methods that actively benefit the land, wildlife and climate.

What Makes Gathered & Grown Unique?
100% Home‑Grown Ingredients, Every tea is made from herbs grown, picked, dried, and blended on their Devon farm, using no outsourced ingredients.
Regenerative, Chemical‑Free Farming. No pesticides, herbicides, artificial fertilisers or peat. Beds enriched with local compost & woodchip. Half the farm is dedicated to biodiversity: new hedgerows, an orchard, and a wildflower meadow.
- Solar‑Powered Drying & Carbon‑Negative Production. Herbs are dried in a custom-built solar tunnel, while their barn is equipped with solar panels and battery storage, resulting in carbon‑negative production.
Wildlife‑Friendly & Soil‑Positive. Their methods increase soil health and habitat diversity, forming the foundation for naturally flavourful herbs. Plastic‑Free Packaging: All packaging is recyclable or compostable, aligned with their zero‑waste ethos.
