Member Overview
Gotland Gin is an award‑winning, small‑batch gin handcrafted on a farm in Highampton, West Devon. The distillery is run by former British Army husband‑and‑wife team Dawn and Mark, who settled in Devon and began keeping the Scandinavian Gotland sheep—the very inspiration for their brand and its botanicals.
The gin is made in a nano‑distillery on their own smallholding, using a traditional copper alembic still to create premium spirits that blend classic juniper with Scandinavian berries and botanicals such as lingonberry and other Nordic‑inspired flavours.
