Helmed by the award‑winning team behind Swim (Lyme Regis), Rise Café Bar (West Bay) and Rise Market & Bakery (Bridport), the restaurant blends beach‑town ease with quality cooking — and a strong ethos of supporting local suppliers, producers and community initiatives.
