The name il Cornicione – meaning “the crust” – reflects the heart of the business: perfectly fermented dough, blistered in extreme heat to create the characteristic airy, leopard‑spotted edge of a true Neapolitan pizza.
Jordan Kenny’s journey into pizza began in Italian restaurant kitchens before advancing to Senior Pizzaiolo roles. Extensive travel throughout Italy allowed Jordan to train, taste and refine traditional Neapolitan methods, bringing that expertise back to Devon with uncompromising authenticity.
