Why choose Porsham Farm?

Porsham Farm is committed to producing food in harmony with nature. As a regenerative farm, the business works with organic principles to improve soil health, encourage biodiversity and create a more resilient farming system.
Their cattle and pigs graze outdoors year-round on herbal leys, with access to hedgerows for natural browsing. The farm does not rely on routine antibiotics, vaccinations or wormers, focusing instead on preventative health, animal welfare and a closed-loop approach to farming.
The farm's commitment to sustainability extends beyond food production. Ancient woodland, species-rich hedgerows and wildlife-friendly farming practices help create an environment where nature can thrive alongside agriculture.
Porsham Farm is also recognised for the quality of its produce, particularly its award-winning cakes and locally produced food. Their products are supplied to a range of respected Devon food businesses and hospitality venues, including:
  • Nora's
  • Zephyr Burgers
  • Salumi
  • City College Plymouth Hospitality & Catering PL1 Restaurant
In addition, the farm sells directly to customers within the local community, ensuring people can enjoy high-quality, locally produced food straight from the source.
