Stone Tree Dairy is a Dartmouth‑based artisan producer crafting exceptional raw goat’s milk cheeses from their own herd of grass‑fed, outdoor‑raised goats. Founded in 2024 on a historic South Devon farm, the dairy brings together a love of goats, sustainable agriculture and Devon’s deep farming heritage—where goats have grazed since at least the Domesday Book.All cheese is made and matured on‑site, with milk piped directly from the milking parlour to the cheese dairy. The result? A distinctive collection of handcrafted cheeses now stocked across Devon, the South West, London and beyond.
Cheese Range:
Stone Tree Dairy produces four core cheeses, each with its own character and seasonality:
Redlap – Award‑Winning Semi‑Hard Tomme, Large raw‑milk wheels. Rich, mellow alpine‑style texture.Winner: Britain’s Best New Cheese 2025 and Taste of the West Gold 2025
Pebble – Washed Rind Soft Cheese. Pungent, semi‑soft washed rind. Perfect for picnics, cheeseboards or melting

Salty – Devon’s Take on a Feta‑Style Cheese. Sold sliced fresh at delis or in brine. Tangy, crumbly and wonderfully versatile

Farming Philosophy
Stone Tree Dairy’s approach is rooted in:
- Grass‑fed, outdoor‑raised goats on clover‑rich coastal pastures. Soil‑focused sustainable farming. A belief that happy goats + healthy land = exceptional milk. All cheese is made with raw milk to capture the complexity, terroir and seasonality of their coastal Devon landscape.
