Founded and run by husband‑and‑wife team Phil and Ingrid Oram, the business is built on a simple belief: great cooking starts with great stock. Phil, a classically trained chef with over 25 years of experience in top London and Devon kitchens, has created a range of 100% pure, small‑batch stocks made just as they would be in a professional kitchen—slowly simmered using bones, Devon spring water, and natural aromatics, with nothing artificial added.
